TERMS & CONDITIONS — Canva Admin Panel

These terms govern every purchase from Canva Admin Panel (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. Contact: WhatsApp +92 340 7374610.
1. Who we are
We are an independent reseller of Canva team admin panels and Canva Pro team invites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva Pty Ltd. Canva® is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. All panels we sell are genuine, Canva-verified, and sourced from our own agency stock.
2. Digital products — no physical delivery
All products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Delivery is made on WhatsApp (and email on request) after your payment is confirmed — usually within minutes, and within 24 hours at most.
3. Orders & payment
- Prices are in USD. We accept Binance, bank transfer, and Wise.
- Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment screenshot/receipt you send on WhatsApp.
- You must provide a correct WhatsApp number and email address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong contact details you supplied.
4. License & fair use
- Panels and invites are licensed to you. You may resell invites to your own customers within your seat limit (500 or 3,000 members).
- You must not share, publish, or sell admin/owner login credentials or panel access links publicly.
- One panel per order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Fraud & chargebacks
Fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, or chargebacks filed after successful delivery will result in immediate suspension of the panel/invite without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future service and report the fraud.
6. Service availability
Our service depends on Canva’s platform. We are not liable for Canva outages, policy changes, or feature changes outside our control. If Canva discontinues a feature we sold, we will provide a fair replacement or a pro-rata refund.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
